Maple from Canada kitchen masterclass

This month we hosted a delicious lunch and masterclass on behalf of our client, Maple from Canada UK, for some top British chefs. 

Our chef director, David Colcombe, and our development chef, Olivier Briault, created some amazing dishes including heritage carrot tart with maple feta and ricotta, pork bao buns, maple and soy glazed pork belly, couscous and new potato salad with maple mustard dressing, Mediterranean mackerel and maple caramel profiteroles.

With our open-plan and well-equipped kitchen area, we have the perfect space to host all sorts of delectable food events. So, keep your eyes peeled and your kitchens prepped for our culinary creations!

Meetings and more

We’ve been busy hosting some of our amazing clients, charities and businesses in our stunning kitchen area.

They made full use of our spacious meeting rooms, boardroom and modern kitchen area, whilst enjoying sweet treats rustled up by Olivier. 

Our boardroom, meeting spaces and open-plan kitchen are ideal for both formal and informal events and can be booked as space hire only or have lunch or snacks provided.
