Ensuring recipes look their best on shoots, our team have extensive experience working with food, drink, people and props on shoots, with our food team receiving professional training from Jamie Oliver’s food team on styling and managing food and drink photography.

Kitchen setup

For every hire of the kitchen space we can arrange and alter the setup to suit the requirements of the day; while islands, cabinets and breakout areas are fixed all other elements in the space can be changed.

Recipe development

Recipe development is what our food team does day to day for our clients at Liquid, including our international food client, Maple from Canada. Our recipe development experience spans across cuisines and dishes and we can cater for vegan, vegetarian and special dietary requirements.

Expert advice

Our Chef Director, David Colcombe, was awarded the prestigious Louis Cipolla Award for ‘the greatest contribution to the profession’ by The British Culinary Federation in 2015. Meanwhile, our Development Chef, Olivier Briault, was trained as a pastry chef in Normandy and Paris before becoming a development pastry chef for Marks & Spencer. Having these chefs in the Liquid food team means we are well positioned to give expert advice and assistance during shoots.
