July was a busy and exciting month for our kitchen space, as we had the honour of hosting two prestigious events that brought together dynamic leaders and influential voices. We provided the perfect setting for both the Women’s President Organization (WPO) and the Agent-General of South Australia, creating a culinary experience that complemented their important discussions and networking. 

Agent-General of South Australia Luncheon  

The first event in July was a luncheon for the Agent-General of South Australia. On a warm summer’s day, this event called for a light and tasty menu, including freshly baked sourdough with whipped feta cheese to start, followed by sea bass with lentils, dauphinois potatoes, and broccoli, finished off nicely with a lemon butter sauce. Olivier also baked an English strawberry and vanilla cake, to complement the delicate flavours. 

The team then had a shoot day in the Liquid Kitchen, styling and shooting the dishes for the three markets we support the Commission in – the UK, France, and Germany. The recipes will be utilised by the Liquid team for promotion through press pitching and social posts, educating consumers on the versatility and health benefits of the orange superfood.  

Women’s President Organization Gathering 

Later in the month, we had the privilege of hosting a gathering of the Women’s President Organization, a network of accomplished women business leaders. Our kitchen was in full swing, with Olivier preparing a curated menu that included baked sweetpotato with panfried chorizo and a guacamole, pine nuts and pomegranate salad, topped with siracha mayo. For dessert, the ladies of influence were treated to a passion fruit and raspberry cake – which went down a treat!  

Both events were a tremendous success, with our kitchen space serving as the backdrop for these significant gatherings. We are proud to have been a part of these moments, providing not just a venue, but food to remember. As we look forward to more events, we remain committed to delivering exceptional experiences and unforgettable culinary delights.
