Kitchen by Liquid: Summer Highlights

It’s been a super summer for us here at Kitchen by Liquid, as we’ve welcomed new faces into the kitchen and seen Olivier cook up some yummy treats.

We’ve hosted a local business who were developing new products, as well as a networking event for young professionals – read on to find out more!

In late August, we opened the kitchen doors for two days to local business, Café Lovelife, ahead of the opening of their brand-new café. Café Lovelife will be opening in Digbeth very soon, offering a Mediterranean menu which includes mezzes and cocktails.

To prepare for the opening, the team used our kitchen space for recipe testing, menu planning and to practise working together as a new team.

Due to the versatility of our kitchen offering, the Café Lovelife team were able to have sole access to the space, meaning they could create and test all recipes across two days without any interruptions.

Although the recipes they were whipping up are top secret for now, we all enjoyed the lovely smells coming from the kitchen and we look forward visiting the new café soon!

On 20^th September, we had the pleasure of hosting the PRCA Midlands NextGen networking drinks in our event space, which saw PR professionals from across Birmingham come together and get to know each other.

Olivier prepared some delicious canapes for the event, including mushroom arancini balls, goat’s cheese and red pepper mini quiches, mini vanilla and caramel cheesecakes, and baklava.

Our event space is perfectly set up for networking events like this, with the kitchen island offering a great social space for serving food and drinks. Unsurprisingly, the event went down a treat and everyone in attendance is keen to return to taste more of Olivier’s creations!
