Branching out for the holidays: Sweetpotato chocolate pinecones
This month we had a blast blending chef creativity with social media magic to create fun and festive content for the North Carolina Sweetpotato Commission! Our very own development chef, Olivier Briault, crafted the deliciously indulgent chocolate pinecones – a surprisingly easy-to-make, show-stopping Christmas treat. With sweetpotato adding a rich, fudgy texture, these viral pinecones are sure to become your new holiday favourite.
Honouring a Legacy: Hosting the Cyrille Regis Trust board meeting
In November, we were honored to host the Cyrille Regis Legacy Trust board meeting in our space, where Olivier prepared a delicious cod fillet with ratatouille for the occasion. The Trust, established in memory of the legendary footballer Cyrille Regis, continues to honour his legacy by supporting football-based community projects, mentoring initiatives, and efforts to break down social barriers. We are incredibly grateful to contribute our space and culinary expertise to such a meaningful cause and remain committed to supporting the Trust’s invaluable work, which continues to inspire and uplift communities.
A feast of festive cheer and team spirit
Our talented development chef, Olivier Briault created a festive feast to remember for the Liquid team’s Christmas party 2024. A delightful spread of holiday dishes were laid out in our second-floor space, where the social committee transformed the area into a warm and inviting dining setting for the entire team to come together and celebrate the year! With the space we were able to create a night of fantastic memories, which you can do to. Behind the scenes at Liquid’s Santa’s workshop
The kitchen has been buzzing with festive fun as we prepare a very special Christmas surprise. Our fabulous CEO, Elisabeth Lewis-Jones, has been busy picking damsons to be transformed into tasty treats in the Kitchen. Chef Olivier has been busy bringing these festive flavours to life with homemade damson gin and jam .These delicious treats are now being packed up by our team of Liquid elves to be sent out as a gift to clients.
