On Saturday 23rd July, team Liquid came together to celebrate our recent successes – from award wins to jaw-dropping campaigns – at our summer party.  

Held on floor two of our office, the team welcomed friends and family along for the occasion. Thanks to some excellent preparation from the social committee – Heather, Claudia, Luke, Antonia, and Jess – we were thoroughly spoilt with food, drinks, activities and more. 

Our development chef Olivier, supported by guest chef George, whipped up a great selection of summer-themed treats. To start, we had an assortment of appetizers – including tuna and tomato quiches, mushroom quiches, tomato and beetroot bruschetta, and falafel with coriander sauce. 

These were followed by BBQ food – mini beef burgers and chicken burgers. To finish, we of course were treated to a selection of sweet treats – Olivier’s speciality – from brownies to patisserie cakes. Delicious! 

With many of the team bringing along their little people, the social committee prepared party bags and activities for the kids. With goodies including crayons, stickers, bubbles, and a jungle themed colouring book, they were kept busy for hours! Not to mention the ball pit and kids’ food… a classic selection of fish fingers, pizza, and chips. 

The party would not be complete without cocktails – of which we had a great mix! Having been in high demand following Liquid’s 18th birthday party, The Gintleman returned to the office to make a fabulous selection of summer cocktails for us… and they did not disappoint. 

On the menu we had Passionfruit and Strawberry Daiquiri, Speculoos or Tiramisu Espresso Martini, Clementine Gin & Tonic, and Peach Negroni Slushy. These went down a treat! For those not drinking, The Gintleman catered to everyone’s tastes with personalised mocktails. 

It’s safe to say a fabulous afternoon was had by all – made extra special by our friends and families coming along to raise a glass with us. Cheers!
