Olivier boasts an impressive resume in the hospitality industry as he was previously head pastry chef at iconic Birmingham hotel The Edgbaston, winning ‘Best Afternoon Tea in the Midlands’ for four years running, as well as working at Michelin-starred restaurant Simpsons.
